Educational Project for IDP Women “ZMIST”

Background

Millions of Ukrainian women, forced to leave their homes due to the war, have suffered losses and/or are waiting for their husbands to return from the frontlines, finding themselves in difficult life circumstances.

Goal

To provide IDP women with effective tools, practical and tested skills, support, and assistance in improving their quality of life, as well as to create a community of mutual aid and support.

Beneficiaries

6,800 IDP women from across Ukraine.

Key Activities

120 hours of training from 25 invited speakers.

Format

  • Online and offline learning in 6 educational courses.
  • Regular psychological support – group online sessions with a psychologist.
  • Community: online groups in Viber and Telegram.

Results

Thousands of project participants have changed or resumed their professional activities, started their own businesses, and/or actively engaged in community life, inspiring one another.
