We are an organization established during the full-scale invasion by women who returned to Kyiv after a forced temporary evacuation.

NGO “New Ukrainian Narratives” underwent an external facilitated assessment of organizational development level through the competition “CSO Organizational Development Grants (2019-2025, USAID Project ‘Civil Society Sectoral Support Initiative’)” by ISAR Ednannia. This assessment aimed to strengthen the organization’s capacity, providing practical recommendations for further improvement, enhancing our activities, and achieving strategic goals.

Liubov Pravdina
President
Expertise: Management of media projects and communication campaigns.
Experience: 20+ years.
Started her career in journalism, led a regional television and radio company and a leading Ukrainian production studio, worked on communications in state enterprises and the public sector. Currently heads the public organization and implements large-scale projects aimed at addressing urgent social issues.
Tetiana Yarun
Operations Director
Expertise: jurisprudence, process administration.
Experience: 20+ years.
Media lawyer, worked in media holdings and publishing. Currently combines deep knowledge in the field of legal issues with strategic vision, allowing effective management of processes in the organization. Her many years of experience in management and administration are key to ensuring the stable development of our NGO.
Nataliia Bohucharska
Head of Educational Programs
Expertise: project management, strategic communications.
Experience: 10+ years.
Specialist in the development and implementation of educational programs adapted to the needs of various audiences. Possesses project management skills and ensures effective coordination of trainers and partners. Also has extensive experience in strategic communications, allowing for the strengthening and scaling of projects.

Communications Manager
Expertise: strategic communications, branding, content management.
Experience: 2+ years.
Specialist in building external and internal communications for public projects. Coordinates information campaigns aimed at raising awareness and engaging the audience. Experienced in media relations and forming the organization’s brand identity.

Learning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Analyst
Expertise: monitoring and evaluation, learning processes, data analysis.
Experience: 2+ years.
Specialist in developing training programs, systematic monitoring, and project evaluation. Experienced in creating performance measurement systems and implementing recommendations to improve learning processes.
